Pre-Approval Information


   Buying a home can be a complex, confusing and frustrating experience unless you have a full time experienced Realtor® who understands the local market. Make sure the Realtor® you select to represent you also provides outstanding customer service even after you close and move in to your new home.   

   The most important step to getting a home of your own is getting pre-approved for a loan. Ask your Realtor® for referrals, we have a network of lenders we know and trust and many listing agents will ask for another pre-approval from a broker they have dealt with successfully in the past if they don't recognize your lender.  When you contact a lender be sure you have the following information for everyone involved in the purchase

     Gross Income

Social Security Number

   Monthly Payments - including student loans

   Never pay money for an initial pre-approval and ask questions, especially if a quoted interest rate is lower than you expected, or lower than others you have received, there could be hidden fees.

This is the single most important step. By asking you a series of questions I will establish what you are looking for. My goal is to not waste your time by looking at properties that are not in your price range or homes that don't meet your needs. I will use every available method to locate a property that matches your search parameters.  This will include properties listed with my company, offered through other real estate companies, and  unlisted properties. I will disclose all known facts about the property that are likely to affect your decision.
